Miranda Lambert revealed how she plans to celebrate the 20th anniversary of her debut studio album.
âBreaking news,â Lambert said as she posted a cover of a fictitious magazine called Kerosene Weekly. The powerhouse singer-songwriter appears on the cover, featuring the news that Lambert is set to release a 20-year-old song and more in honor of Keroseneâs anniversary. Other teasers appearing on the cover of Kerosene Weekly nod to some of the tracks on Lambertâs debut record.
On the second slide of Lambertâs Instagram post, she offered âthe scoopâ on the unreleased track and the 20th anniversary edition of the album. She offered a sneak peek of the new ballad, âI Donât Love Here Anymore,â which she recorded in 2005 and is one of her motherâs âfavorites.â âI Donât Love Here Anymoreâ will appear on the 20th anniversary digital edition of Kerosene on Friday, March 14. Lambert hinted at âmore Kerosene news coming soon.â
Lambert released Kerosene on March 15, 2005. She recently teased an announcement on the way with a throwback clip of Lambert telling an audience, âthis is a song I wrote when I was really upset. So I wouldnât recommend making me mad.
