Andrea Emilova Ivanova, a 22 year old woman from Bulgaria, says she wants her lips to be "the biggest in the world."
She says she lost track of how much money she's spent over the years to get her lips quadruple the size they once were, despite doctors urging her to stop after her 20th injection.
