Rising country star Timothy Wayne is kicking off a new chapter in his career with the release of his latest single, "Guarandamntee Ya," and it's teh song that started it all.
"Guarandamntee Ya" brings together an impressive team of writers behind the scenes, co-written by Grammy-winning songwriter Lori McKenna — known for penning hits like "Humble and Kind" — alongside acclaimed songwriter Barry Dean, producer-songwriter Jimmy Robins, and country artist Josh Thompson. The result is a hook-driven country anthem that continues the sound fans have come to expect from Wayne’s growing catalog.
While the song is new to listeners, it actually holds a deeper meaning for the young artist. According to Wayne, “Guarandamntee Ya” was the first song he ever recorded, making its release a full-circle moment in his career. "This is a really special song to me because it’s where everything started," Wayne shared in a statement. "That moment in the studio turned into something much bigger than I ever expected. It was both a huge opportunity and a meaningful moment with my uncle. Looking back, I realize it was the first of many milestones in my journey as a country artist."
The recording session that sparked his career originally came as a high school graduation gift from his uncle, Tim McGraw, giving Wayne the chance to step into a studio for the first time — an experience that ultimately launched his path in music.
