Carly Pearce Shares New Song And Upcoming Self-Titled Album's Track List

Carly Pearce is gearing up for the release of her self-titled sophomore album, due out February 14.

On Friday (December 6), Pearce shared the upcoming project's full track list along with a heartfelt new song, "It Won't Always Be Like This." The track, co-written by Pearce with Sam Ellis and Natalie Hemby, brings about nostalgic feelings reminding us how quickly time passes by.

The captivating anthem is extremely personal to Pearce as it was inspired by her hometown in Kentucky, missing her grandparents, struggles she faced in Nashville and finding true love.

"I had never cried in a write before," Pearce said in a recent interview about the songwriting session for this track, "But man, did I cry at that one."

In addition to dropping "It Won't Always Be Like This," Pearce also shared further details on her forthcoming album. The country singer announced the full track-list, revealing a total of 13 songs one of which is a duet with her husband, Michael Ray, called "Finish Your Sentences."

Pearce's latest duet with Lee Brice, "I Hope You're Happy Now," along with her 2019 single, "Closer To You" will also both be featured. The album's full track, which can be seen below, has songs written by other popular country artists like Luke Combs, Kelsea Ballerini, Thomas Rhett and more.
