Chris Pratt Geeks Out Over Garth Brooks iHeartRadio Music Awards Duet

2019 iHeartRadio Music Awards – Show

Garth Brooks may have friends in low places, but Chris Pratt is feeling pretty high after the 2019 iHeartRadio Music Awards Thursday night (March 14).

Not only did the Guardians of the Galaxy star get to present his idol with the first-ever iHeartRadio Artist of the Decade, but he got to sing with him, too. While the country legend performed a career-spanning medley, he pulled Pratt out from backstage to help with his classic hit "Friends In Low Places." The next day, the actor took to Instagram to express his gratitude.

"Welp. I guess I died and gone to heaven," he gushed. "Thank you @garthbrooks and congratulations on the artist of the decade award. It was an honor to sing with you and the band on stage. I can’t wait for the upcoming stadium tour. God is so good. Thank you thank you thank you 😭🙏♥️👍🏼"

Pratt also posted a video of himself getting emotional backstage with Brooks and his crew. "Here I am all misty eyed backstage," he captioned the clip. "A moment I will never forget. Sound on."

Check out both heartfelt posts below. And cross your fingers for a Chris Pratt/Garth Brooks stadium tour!
