Thomas Rhett might be one of country music's hottest artists, but he draws a lot of his inspiration from other genres, particularly rock 'n' roll.
His dad made sure to introduce him to all sorts of music when he was young, and over the years, it really has influenced his style.
“At a young age, it was Zeppelin. It was the Beatles. It was the Stones. The Stones were my first concert ever, so I feel like I was musically around it at a very young age. And when your daddy sings country music, I think that’s obviously your innate first love, and it’s something that stuck with me until today.”
Thomas will have to channel his inner Mick Jagger as he heads out on his first headlining tour next year.
