A lot of us are always in a rush. We rush to get to work, school, meetings, etc. As I see it, there is always time for a taco & a coffee. The most convenient place to do that is usually a convenient store, like Stripes. The coffee is decent & the tacos are pretty good. The only problem (besides all the carbs, calories, and sugar)...is the wait in line.

How many times have you walked in to the store, and the taco line is wrapped around the isle, at least 15-20 people deep? And these folks aren't just getting one taco, no, eh eh....they're getting four, five or six tacos...shouldn't there be a 2 tacos only rule? As fast as the ladies are making the fresh tortillas, the tacos are being made & rolled.

It wouldn't be a bad thing,....if it didn't take sooo long. Maybe the Laredo Taco Company can go out & recruit some of the people in this video to lend a helping hand on the weekends, when the barbacoa & the menudo are fresh...
